Wow, a sensible idea, but it includes Personal Responsibility and Individual Effort....Something that the Left Severely Lacks, and is not really espoused as an Attribute in the Party that Strives to make their followers dependent on the Government for their every need.

My baby house sparrows are about 10 days old and they won't eat the food I've been feeding them , which is massed up at food with tums so the get calcium. They eat a little and that's it when they used to eat a lot . I was wondering If its time to get them to eat bugs and worms . Maybe bird seed ? I'm just not really sure why they won't eat anymore . I fee them every hour , but I change it to an hour and a half because they stopped eating . They can fly a little and they hop around .

Sparrows are not bug and worm eaters. Feed them a good canary or finch seed diet.

What is "massed" food? Do you mean mashed food? If so WHAT kind of food? Tums? HELLLLLLL NO!!!!!!!!!! If you didn't know what you were doing, you should have gotten them to a wildlife rehabilitator so they would have been properly taken care of. THAT'S what you should do NOW!
