i got an Evenflo double electric breast pump for 60 dollars, cheapest one i could find. it comes with 2 bottles, covers and nipples too along with a carrying bag and a little lunch bag type thing with an ice pack for transporting milk! also, you can either plug it in, or you can put 6 AA batteries in there and go wherever you want with it! best $60 i ever spent! i found it at Kmart, i dont know where your from or if theres a Kmart in your area, but thats a good deal! and they also gave me the option to get a 1 or 2 year warranty so if anything happens, i can exchange it for a new one!

I heard that you can get a free breast pump from the WIC office if you are breastfeeding. Is this true?

If you can, is the pump manual or electric?
Answer
Yes, but only if your local WIC office has them available. Many times there is a waiting list-making it hard for women to rent one from them. It would more than likely have to be an high grade electric pump for sanitary reasons. You can always get a manual pump at Kmart or Walmart for under $30.
